1) Thinking of what others think
The kapitbahay, the epal friends, the kupal boss etc. They got everything bad to say about you. Well in extreme cases where you front an image to fit into society instead of doing what you want. In the end, these people will do anything to please others in terms of taking the acceptable job (that is of being a lawyer, doctor or engineer dahil pag empleyado ka puro panlalait aabutin mo). Madalas sila yung nag-sisimba para pag-usapan ang buhay ng iba.
2) Worrying
The word itself suggests a negative attribute to which you think about something bad is to happen. We all heard it before and it's quite restricting. There's a borderline on safekeeping a person and doing things out of selfishness. Ayaw mo ng trabaho ng tao kase gabi pasok? Puro ka worry about the future, kinalimutan mo na ang ngayon.
3) Blaming others for your misery
If you're old and got an unhappy childhood then red flag on you! Move on and get on with life. Those people anyway don't deserve to be in your life. Kung pinahirapan ka nila dati, why would you welcome them in your life when you've become successful? You don't owe them anything.
4) Not accepting change
Tama na ang kaka-reminisce mo nung panahon mo na trabaho ang lumalapit sa tao at kung san ka pumapasok ay dun ka na mag-reretire. We live in different timelines but we still need to keep on moving up. Change is good whether you like it or not. Kahit anong inis mo sa mga jejemon tuwing simbang gabi ay walang ka magagawa kungdi pabayaan sila.
5) Not having a hobby
Lahat tayo may kanya-kanyang trip sa buhay. Sabi nga di ba having an idle mind is the devil's playground. So get busy with life. It's never too late to learn something.
6) Not having enough sleep
Matulog ka! yun lang yun. Hindi yung isip ka ng isip ng masasamang bagay sa mundo tapos sa sobrang inis mo ay magwawalis ka na lang sa gabi. Sino ngayon ang muntanga?
7) Overthinking and overanalyzing
Life is simple so don't make it complicated. Gutom ka, kumain ka. Antok ka, matulog ka. Pero kung iisipin mo pa ibang tao kesa sa sarili ay talagang di ka makakatulog.
8) Not listening to music
Science already proves it that listening to music triggers your memories especially the good ones. Kaya wag mong basagin ang trip ng mga rakista. Hindi sila drug addict okay ? Hindi porke't baggy jeans ko ay di na ko naliligo. So don't hate people going to the clubs simply because you've never been into one.
9) Not moving on and living in the past
If a person did you wrong years ago, either you remove em in your life or accept the "now" na okay kayo. So pabayaan mo na yung utang nya na 175 na pinang-taxi room nya.
10) Working hard instead of working smart
These are difficult times pero sino ka ba para pigilan ang mga online sellers, freelancers at business men? Eh sa ayaw nga nila mag-trabaho sa opisina. Choice nila yun. Kung umasenso or maghirap sila, decision nila yun. These people want to control their own lives. Their time. Their income. They all have their reasons and again if you never tried it before or if failed, tigilan ang talangka mentality. Life is too short not to do what you want in life. Sa kakaisip mo ng SSS mo ay baka di ka umabot pagtanda.
